Automatic voice reading of email content (users can command the system to read the entire message aloud);
Voice control and virtual assistants (e.g., doctors entering data vocally during examinations).
This function works through the "1C" cloud service and starts speech playback without waiting for full text synthesis.

- The integrated messaging system is now compatible with WhatsApp, social networks, and internal chats.
- Video call performance has been improved. Full support for video calls is now available on Safari 13 and macOS systems.

- A more intuitive user interface – more convenient buttons have been added for system notifications and commands.
- Management of meetings and calls has been simplified.
- The centralized search system within the application has been updated – results are now displayed more clearly and appropriately.
Query performance has been enhanced:
- It is now possible to add data to temporary tables.
- Support for creating multiple indexes is included.
- The ability to create unique indexes has been introduced.
Storage systems for the information base have been improved:
- A deduplication mechanism for "Microsoft Office" documents has been added.
- Automated procedures for restoring backup databases have been enhanced.
- Users can now create individual business processes and tasks.
- New attributes and tables can be added to inherited business processes.
- Workflows are now regulated with broader capabilities.
- The test and correction mechanism of the database has been optimized.
- The time for the first client connection to the server has been reduced.
- Synchronization of data among cluster servers is now more efficiently organized.
- Backup and synchronization mechanisms in PostgreSQL databases have been accelerated.
- Loading and reading of content-rich tables is executed more quickly.
- Users can now manage their own sessions. If they try to log in from another device while working on one, they can view and manage active sessions.
- Additional security mechanisms have been implemented for TLS-protected connections.
- New reporting and analysis tools have been added for administrators.
